Paul Hewett – Client Service Director


Background Paul has more than a decade of agency management, working with brands to create marketing campaigns that work, blending insights from data with creative thinking and application.

With a 1st class Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design (2004), Paul has been working with brands for over a decade on creating compelling and responsive multi-channel marketing campaigns by blending insights from data with creative thinking and application.

Before taking on the role of Client Service Director at In Marketing We Trust, Paul was the Managing Director of Nuance & Fathom, a brand engagement agency founded in late 2012.

Paul also held the position of Chairman of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) West & Wales Council.

Through these roles, Paul lead the development of a national strategy to meet the challenges of an emerging skills gap within the Direct and Digital Marketing industries.

Paul was privileged to be awarded a Fellowship by the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) Professional Standards Committee in 2014, and remains interested in the topic of ‘consumer behaviour in a digital world’.

 

Consulting Expertise Paul started his career as a graphic and website designer, yet since becoming interested in the role of data and consumer behavior he moved into the field of direct response marketing in 2005.

Paul specialises in data-driven marketing solutions and is responsible for the strategic and tactical marketing delivery across the agency.
